It forms the foundation of everything we create, with the power to change behaviour, communicate ideas, and influence systemic change. In a world with plenty of issues, it has never been more important to design responsibly and effect positive change.
Through design, I’ve collaborated with fintech startups to create financial empowerment solutions, optimised processes for distributing life-saving innovations, and am currently building my own product to make legacy planning more accessible to the underprivileged.
How I create design impact
Visualisation of complex processes and existing structures for an objective, analytical approach.
Research to uncover underlying user behaviours, motivations, and frustrations.
Cross-functional collaboration to optimise across business, technical and user requirements.
Creative direction on visual and interaction design, ensuring both form and function.
Continuous improvements through tracking of design effectiveness based on defined metrics.
Good design is efficient, sustainable, aesthetic, and, whenever possible, delightful. While we might not change the world, I believe we can make it better for a few.
